Inspirational Journey

Be Happy Stay Happy on Facebook & Twitter is very important to me for multiple reasons. I love that I am able to share positivity, inspiration & motivation with others. I try to imagine you on your phone, computer, or tablet smiling because of something I just posted. That is what motivates me to post! Having Be Happy also allows me an outlet if I am having a stressful day. I try to find a quote, picture, or blog to post that reminds me that the day will get better.

I have incorporated Be Happy into my life. I am a mother, wife, daughter, granddaughter, sister, colleague, & me! I bring aspects of Be Happy with me into all these relationships. My son is 9 years old and I share my posts with him. I want him to be a positive, happy young man and sharing Be Happy with him allows me to be an example for him. He checks in with me everyday to see what I posted! He has also been suggesting sayings & quotes he finds. I love seeing the smile on his face when he says “Mom what about this…” So cute!

I feel that Be Happy Stay Happy is an inspirational journey. I have met (virtually) many people and I wanted to share with you a message I received from one of our fellow Be Happiers!

“I feel happy today although I had an argument with my friend.. I am writing you this just to tell you that I managed to overcome my anger and sadness today and succeeded in transforming those feelings to positivity… I would have never come to achieve this without your page and your help.. I feel that you will be a great friend to me and thanks to people like you, the world will be a better place…thank you”

I can’t tell you how much this touched my heart. My mission is to bring happiness to others. I want YOU to be happy! Thank you all for being a part of this inspirational journey and always know, you are not alone.
